Join us as we talk about plans and strategies to downsize and declutter, as well as what to do with the personal and household belongings you’re letting go of. Demystifying herbs and dietary supplements

Participants will learn about dietary supplements including how they’re regulated, resources for finding relevant research, an introduction to vetting evidence, and guidelines for identifying the quality of different products. The presentation will be one hour, with an additional 30 minutes (optional) for Q&A and exploring resources.
