FLAGSTAFF - For a little over a year, Shorewood High School graduate Ben Gaudette has dedicated his time and expertise as a trainer at The Box Studio in Flagstaff, Arizona. Thanks to one of his friend's cinematography projects for graduate school, Ben was able to highlight his work at the studio and his motivation as an athlete through a short film.
Ben played soccer for most of his youth, but when that came to a close he began to focus more on working out, participating in more distance events. Ultimately, it led him to major in exercise physiology at Northern Arizona University and take up training roles to coach others.

Through a mutual connection, an athletic director that Ben knew from Seattle, he found an opportunity at The Box Studio. Ben is also in the process of applying to graduate school, but as long as he remains in Flagstaff, he will be a part of the studio and continue to get up at 4:45 in the morning.
“The job for me, on the days that I work and have to get up that early, it’s always worth it,” Ben said.
