After being spotted near Brookside Elementary and the LFP Civic Club, he and another man were spotted near Ridgecrest Elementary at around 3:40 PM on Monday, May 20th, 2024. The LFP Police issued a formal No-Trespass Warning for the LFP Civic Club, which means Hardisty can be immediately arrested if he trespasses there again. Shoreline Schools has also obtained a formal No-Trespass Warning on Hardisty.

According to the Shoreline School District Public Information Office, they are seeking a no-trespass order for all school district properties which, if violated, can lead to immediate arrest:

"Hardisty and another man were observed walking on a sidewalk near Ridgecrest Elementary School. Hardisty continued into the nearby Ridgecrest business district, and school staff immediately notified Shoreline Police, who arrived in support. Ridgecrest's extended care program was briefly placed on lock out during this time.

School offices have been provided with flyers containing Hardisty's photos and a reminder not to let anyone in with you when buzzed into a Shoreline school.

We appreciate our staff's awareness of this man's presence near our schools, the community's continuing vigilance, and the support of our local law enforcement partners.
