City Council will be addressing Resolution No. 26-2061 at the Regular Meeting on February 12, 2026. The
City of Lake Forest Park City Council wants to hear from residents
following the deaths of Renee Good, Alex Pretti, and several other
fatalities and injuries. This is a resolution of the City Council of The
City of Lake Forest Park, reaffirming the City of Lake Forest Park’s
commitment to community policing, de-escalation, and the protection of
Constitutional Rights.
The City of Lake Forest Park is inviting its residents to participate in this meeting by providing your Public
Comments. City Council is accepting Public Comments now through February
12.
The opportunity to provide Oral Comments from the public is available to in-person attendees who sign up
at the meeting. Oral Comments will not be accepted from remote
attendees.
Written comments will be submitted to the Council if received by 5:00 p.m. on the date of the meeting; otherwise, they will
be provided to the City Council the next day. The City Clerk will read
your name and subject matter into the record during Public Comments.
When it is time for Public Comments, your name will be called to speak in
the order signed up. Please begin your comments by stating your name,
whether you are a Lake Forest Park resident, and any organization
represented. Please be advised that your comments are being recorded;
each speaker is allotted three (3) minutes. The City Clerk will serve as
the timekeeper and will notify you when your time has expired.
