Serious damage to truck vs trees in LFP resident's front yard. Driver hospitalized.

Yesterday (9/11/23), at about 4:00 PM, police and fire responded to a single truck that had left the roadway at a curved section of road about the 19000 block of 45th Pl NE, not far from Five-Acre Woods Park. 

According to LFP Police Chief Mike Harden, the driver is being charged with reckless driving. The driver was hospitalized with no update on his condition.  Thankfully, the trees kept the errant truck from hitting the house.
