Day using leads to DUI arrest

On Monday (April 3rd, 2023) at approximately 3 PM a male subject drove his car off the road at the intersection of Ballinger Way and NE 178th. He was the sole occupant and subsequently arrested on DUI charges, according to LFP Police Chief Mike Harden. Use caution at this corner as this isn't the first DUI incident to occur here.
