Downed Tree Quickly Moved Out Of Roadway

Our LFP Police and Shoreline Fire units quickly dealt with a tree blocking 40th Pl NE around 1:15 PM Wednesday. The chainsaws came out and, like an Indy pit crew, crews from two aid units and one apparatus made short order of said tree and cleared the road as moderate rain fell. Hopefully, returning them all to a well-deserved hot bowl of soup. No injuries or power outages were noted.
