Southbound I-405 closure detours through Bothell this weekend

WSDOT crews will close all lanes of southbound I-405 from State Route 527 to SR 522 in Bothell from 10 p.m. Friday, Oct. 30, to 4 a.m. Monday, Nov. 2. A detour will be in place, and adjacent ramps will also close.

During the full closure, crews will remove a portion of the pedestrian bridge at the Canyon Park Park and Ride as part of the I-405/Brickyard to SR 527 Improvement Project. The following weekend, Nov. 6-9, crews plan to close all northbound lanes of I-405 from SR 522 to SR 527 to remove the portion of the pedestrian bridge over the northbound lanes. They need to remove the pedestrian bridge to make space to expand I-405 through Bothell.
