Image

On Tuesday, November 25, 2025, King County Elections certified the
November 2025 General Election, marking the official end to the
election. The winners are listed below.

To get Prop 1 passed, the City signed a $96,000 contract with Liz
Loomis Public Affairs, who expressed confidence in its passage in her
third and final presentation to City Council on November 7th, 2024.

On November 14, 2025, the LFP Town Crier emailed Liz Loomis the following, but received no reply.
LFP Town Crier has filed a FOIA request for all emails between Liz
Loomis, Public Affairs, and City officials to determine what transpired
between the city and the consultant after the contract was signed.

Hello Liz,
I noticed the attached screen print from material
included in the November 7 2024 LFP city council meeting. One of the
bullet points is "Working with local news media to secure coverage,"
yet LFP Town Crier has no record of any outreach from Liz Loomis Public
Affairs. Can you provide examples (web links) to other media outreach
that was performed as part of your contract with the City of LFP? Our
publication deadline is November 18th, 2025, end of business.
