At approximately 4:00 PM on October 6, 2025, police and fire responded to a solo Jeep rollover accident on 40th Place near Ballinger Way NE. LFP Chief Harden stated the female driver was transported to the hospital to be evaluated and for a mandatory blood draw. He further stated she was cited for DUI.

The cost and disruption to our community for this project is unnecessary to say the least. Not enough community voice on the necessity of the round about was given and the community meeting wasn’t open to anyone opposing the project.
