"As an MLL Paraeducator, I have the privilege of working with a wonderful community. As a former MLL student myself, I deeply relate to the challenges and triumphs my students face as they navigate a new language and culture.

My favorite part of this work is getting to know each student individually; witnessing them find their unique voice, grow in self-assurance, and transition into independent, confident learners and it fills me with hope. I am truly proud of being part of an inclusive community and to cultivate a future where every student’s heritage is celebrated as a strength."
