Shoreline Public Schools Asking Parents & Guardians To Participate in Online Survey

We are committed to continuous improvement throughout our schools and district. To support that work, it is important for us to know how parents and guardians view the job we are doing in providing a high-quality education and learning environment for all students.

You are being asked to participate in an important online survey to help us quantify strengths and opportunities for improvement. This is our third year using the Educational Effectiveness Survey (EES) to support the development and implementation of school improvement plans and school district priorities. The information you provide will help us support the continuous improvement of our schools and classrooms. We ask that you submit one survey for each of the schools your children attend.

The EES surveys measure perceptual data based on OSPI's Nine Characteristics of High Performing Schools and are conducted annually to support our schools and staff as we continuously support and improve student achievement. You can find last year’s district-level survey reports on our website HERE. You can also find school-level reports on each school’s website.

The survey takes less than 10 minutes to complete and are 100 percent anonymous and confidential.

Click HERE to take the Survey. The deadline to submit your survey is Friday, March 26 at 5:00 pm. If you have children attending multiple schools, you should take one survey for each school they attend.

The survey is available in English, Spanish, Amharic, Chinese, Korean, Tagalog, Tigrinya and Vietnamese. If you would prefer a paper copy to complete, please contact your child’s school or our Public Information Office at public.info@shorelineschools.org or 206-393-4412.

If you have any questions, please contact our Public Information Office at public.info@shorelineschools.org or 206.393.4412
