There will be an official unveiling of the Octavia Butler artwork at the bus shelter on Ballinger Way and NE 175th Street this Thursday as part of a larger celebration of Octavia Butler in the Commons.  Folks will either meet at Third Place Commons at 5:30 p.m. and walk over together, or meet directly at the bus shelter.  Following brief remarks from the Mayor, a representative from King County Metro, and the artists, we’ll return to the Commons for a reception and the literary program.
