For a shortened run, join us at the Ship Canal location, at 12:45, for a 2.5K finishing at Gardens.

If you don't feel like running, no worries! Come help us cheer on our runners and join us for food, drinks, live music, and our product launch at Gardens. If you are running, donations are encouraged to help cover city permitting fees!

Coast is a team of seniors at the University of Washington creating an honest, real food energy gel to properly fuel endurance athletes. Our team has been working with runners from Brooks Beasts, USA Triathlon, Seattle Seahawks, ClubNW, and more.
