Phase 1 - Eastern Half of Intersection

• August 2026 to December 2026
• Closure to Southbound 40th Place NE

Phase 2 - Utility Suspension Phase

• December 2026 to June 2027
• Various Shoulder and Lane Closures

Phase 3 - Northern & Eastern Half of Intersection

• June 2027 to October 2027
• Closure of Southbound 40th Place NE

Phase 4 - Two Intersection Configuration

• October 2027 to November 2027
• Closure of 40th Place NE and Northbound SR 104

Phase 5 - Full Intersection Closure of SR 104 & 40th Pl NE

• Overnight only work for paving and striping (3-4 overnight closures)
