The lower this graph, the worse it is for sellers and the better for buyers. We haven't seen these numbers since 2019. The "brakes" have been on all year. First-time buyers are now driving the market because if you already own, you're current interest rate is a significant factor in deciding to move. We'll continue to see a slowdown as sellers and brokers lower their sights and adjust to the market.
