The Auction is LFP PTA’s major annual fundraiser. It provides the bulk of our operating budget. After a canceled event in March of 2020 and an online event in the Fall of 2020, we are so happy to be able to return in person this year.

The funds raised at the event go directly into our programming. LFP PTA strives to offer a wide variety of classes, events, and experiences each year beyond the traditional structure of the classroom in order to enrich the journey through school for all students. It is always our goal to offer these opportunities at low or no cost to encourage as many children as possible to participate. Our ability to continue this depends on the success of our auction.

The auction is about our community. This year's theme Grow Where You Are Planted is a reflection on that. Our community is a unique collection of individuals and families who have come together to create something resilient and beautiful. Together we are building a foundation for all of our students to grow and flourish.

What Are The Details?

When: Friday, May 13 beginning at 6:00 PM
Where: The Nile
Who: Adults only, please. You do not need to be an LFP family or PTA member. Invite your friends and neighbors!
How to Purchase Tickets: Early Bird tickets are on sale on the auction website for $60 each.

Please note, when purchasing tickets you can request your tablemates. We do our best to honor those requests. If you don't have a specific group, noting the grade(s) of your child(ren) can help us place you in a group of others with students in the same grade.

Can I Help?We would love your help. Working together to create a successful event is a lot more fun than working alone. We welcome your ideas and contributions. Below are a few ways to assist.

Volunteer

Volunteers of all varieties are needed. We need administrative help with the auction catalog, finding bakers for the dessert dash and creating our grade level Amazon wishlists. We also need people willing to help with whatever is needed - transporting items to the venue, set-up, clean-up etc. If you are interested in helping, please email Tracy.

Donate an Item or Experience

Auction procurement is underway and we are seeking all varieties of items and experiences. Lessons, event tickets, gift certificates, toys, tools and more! Not sure if what you have would be useful? Please send us an email and let us know what it is. If you know you have an item that you know we want, fill out our procurement form online.

Sponsors and Advertising

Do you own a business or know someone who does? Consider signing on as an auction sponsor or take out an advertisement in our catalog. There are a variety of price levels to meet your budget. Simply complete our online form.
