Based in Mount Vernon, WA, CAF is dedicated to celebrating Celtic culture year-round through concerts, workshops, and cultural gatherings. CAF produces events like the Skagit Valley Highland Games, Bellingham Celtic Festival, Masters of Scottish Arts Concert, and Winter School. CAF’s goals are to inspire and cultivate interest in Celtic art forms, and to build community around that interest.
