As Chief of Police, I am very proud to introduce our community members to the newest member of the Lake Forest Park Police Department, Officer Alvarado-Lopez! Officer Alvarado-Lopez has just successfully completed a challenging 3½-month Field Training Officer (FTO) program, working with several of our experienced Field Training Officers and gaining valuable experience in every aspect of patrol.
Throughout her training, Officer Alvarado-Lopez demonstrated that she is a community-oriented police officer who is knowledgeable, skilled, proactive, and hardworking. She consistently showed a genuine commitment to serving our community and meeting the high standards we expect from our officers.
After completing this demanding training, she is now ready to begin patrolling "solo" and serving the residents of our beautiful town. We are excited to have her as part of our team! The next time you see Officer Alvarado-Lopez out on patrol, please say hello and welcome her to the Lake Forest Park community!
